Art at 395 Exhibition

My photo “The Elven Shimmer of Fairy Lake” has been chosen to be part of a Newmarket Group of Artists’ art show entitled “Community Close to Home.”

Timeline: Monday June 15 to Friday September 11th, 2026.

Hours: M - Th 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Details: Art at 395 Gallery, in the Town of Newmarket’s Municipal Building, 395 Mulock Drive, Newmarket, Ontario. After entering the front door, walk 30 meters and the gallery is on the left.

Exhibition description from the NGA: “Community Close to Home” celebrates the quiet beauty, shared stories, and everyday connections that shape our lives just beyond our front doors. This exhibition invites artists to reflect on the people, places, and moments that define a sense of belonging—whether it’s a familiar street, a neighbor’s gesture, or the rhythms of local life.
